They have not settled as of May 29, 2011. Currently our cases have been transferred to the Circuit Court of Maryland for Baltimore County. We are awaiting a trial date and hope to have the St. Joseph Medical Center and Dr. Mark Midei Stent Lawsuits settled or resolved with a verdict in the near future.
